Having studied engineering on the peninsula, Jay understands the technical and non-technical aspects of real estate on the island, a huge benefit to the clients. After graduating with a master’s degree in energy systems engineering from MUN, Jay chose real estate as his career. 

Jay likes to treat his clients like family, as he believes one cannot serve someone better than a family member, building life-long relationships. A St. John’s resident, he is well-connected and actively involved in the community. 

Being a technocrat,  Jay likes to spend considerable time on technology, thus offering all the listings to be viewed on his website, and actively providing latest information on his social media platforms. Additionally, all the related contacts such as lawyers and mortgage firms to house inspectors, Jay has his connections in-place to better assist you in every step of the way!
